Matic Wines Mea’ Rosé Blaufränkisch Pet Nat

Matija Žerjav ("Matic") is a third-generation winemaker in northern Slovenia in the charming village of Malečnik. Matija follows biodynamic principles both in the vineyard and the cellar. “We work only with what nature gives us,” says Matic, “so no chemicals in our wines.”

This fruit-forward, juicy sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with 100% Blaufränkisch grapes.This is Matic’s signature wine, a true labor of love. He chose to name the wine “Mea,” which is Latin for “mine".

This wine is a light, thirst-quenching bubbly. Harvested by hand, farmed organically, fermented spontaneously and delivered to you unfiltered. Think ruby grapefruit, blood orange and spiced plum. Perfect for your holiday fondue party!
