Our Return Policy

We hope you enjoy every wine you choose! That's why we encourage tasting before buying—it helps ensure you'll take home bottles you truly love.

As a small, traveling wine business, we have some practical limitations when it comes to returns. Our inventory is carefully managed and limited by nature.

Here's our straightforward policy:

  • All Vinestock sales are final
  • Exception: corked wines

If you receive a corked bottle (with that unmistakable off-aroma), please email us at hello@vinestock.wine. We'll arrange to collect the bottle and provide either a refund or an exchange for something of equal value. We do require the original bottle for our quality control process.

For clarification: wines sealed with alternatives to traditional corks (such as screw caps) aren't susceptible to cork taint.
