General Cancellation Terms

We understand that circumstances change. All Vinestock memberships can be cancelled at any time with no further obligation through our Appstle Membership portal via Shopify. 

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership:

1. Log into your customer account on our website
2. Navigate to the "Manage Membership" section powered by Appstle
3. Select the "Cancel Membership" option and follow the prompts
4. Alternatively, email us at hello@vinestock.wine with "Membership Cancellation" in the subject line

Appstle Membership Terms

Cancellations processed through the Appstle Membership portal are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid charges
• Any cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will receive an email confirmation from the Appstle system when your cancellation is processed

What Happens After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• You'll receive confirmation of your cancellation via email through the Appstle system
• You'll retain access to member benefits through the end of your current paid period
• No further charges will be processed after your cancellation is confirmed
