Grape Ink Red Wine 2023

A beautiful blend of Pinot Noir, Mondeuse, and Trousseau from poet and winemaker Jarad Hadi.  Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Jarad received his master's degree in winemaking and viticulture from the University of Bordeaux. 

For this wine, Jarad coordinated the hand picking individual clusters as they became ripe, allowing the grapes to tell him when they were ready for picking. The intentionality comes through with this wine. On the first sip, I knew we needed to have it in our collection.
