Domaine de Pothiers “La Colline en Flamme

The Paire family has been making wines and raising cattle in the Côte Roannaise region of the Loire Valley since the early 1900s. Their Domaine de Pothiers wines have been apart of the family's legacy for generations, with the most recent descendent, Romain, taking the reigns and embracing biodynamic practices in 2005.

Named "A hill on fire", this wine has been turning heads. Deliciously well rounded and delightfully outspoken, she's a great wine for summer hangs, grilling, seafood, and sunsets with toes dipped in lake water.
