This GSM (Grenache 24%, Syrah 68% and Mourvèdre 8%) is a vintage snapshot of the red varieties planted across Cowhorn's biodynamic vineyard in the gorgeous Applegate Valley just outside of Jacksonville in Southern Oregon. 

This wine reminds me of home (I learned how to ride horses in the Applegate as a child) and gives me a great sense of pride for the quality and craftsmanship of the wines coming out of this area, and more specifically, from Cowhorn.

One of our boldest reds in the collection, this wine is prefect for those who love a red with a bit of meat on the (metaphorical) bone.
