Castell d'Or, Flama D'OR Cava NV

This has been our go-to party cava all summer and fall. Excited to be including it in the collection for the holidays, a perfect bubble for ringing in the New Year (or any other night of the week).

Grown from a co-op of organic farmers who've tended to their vines for more than a century, the lessons learned distilled between them and reflected in this fantastic bottle of sparking wine, blending 40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeu, 30% Parellada grapes.
