Achillée Crémant (2020)

One of the best sparkling wines we have ever tasted, this lovely Crémant is made of 40% Riesling and the rest a magic blend of Pinot Blanc/Auxerrois/Chardonnay/Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes.

Aged on laths for 2 years and allowed to produce the perfectly fine bubbles in each bottle without any intervention, this wine is a true work of art in every bottle.
